Chris Suarez brings experience in real estate law, real estate title, and real estate sales to his team. He began his career in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales on the East Coast in New York before moving to the West Coast over a decade ago. Donavan Arnold

Donavan is a seasoned real estate agent who entered the real estate industry during the economic downtown of the mid-2000s. Donavan developed his superior real estate skills working with short sales and mortgage foreclosures.

Donavan has earned the real estate designations of an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) through long hours of hard work. In 2017, Donavan was presented with the prestigious IMPACT Award by the Business Magazine of Gainesville. Katie Benson

Hilary Cabiness

Hilary resides in Indianapolis with her husband Buddy. Sharon Cantatore

I grew up outside of Chicago and northeast CT. Attended Johnson & Wales in Providence and graduated with a BS in Marketing. From there, I moved to Los Angeles, worked as a headhunter in computer personnel and then relocated to NYC where I worked as a Travel and Events Manager for U.S. News & World Report, Daily News, Fast Company and Atlantic Monthly magazines.

My decision to join the Ricci Team as an exclusive buyers agent was based on my prior experience with Christine as an agent. She is by far the most professional agent I have ever worked with. I love the camaraderie and support of the team. I have extensive knowledge of Westchester County and act as a concierge for my clients; providing all of the resources they will need to make a well-informed decision. Alejandro Contreras Peraza

Tiffanie Coon

Tiffanie began her career in Real Estate in 2013, when she joined the Orlando SW Market Center as their Tech Coordinator. During her time with KW, she has held a myriad of positions, including Market Center Administrator, KW North Florida Regional Events Coordinator, and Director of Operations for the KW Classic Group. During her time in these roles, Tiffanie has developed a knack for creating streamlined systems and efficient processes. Ian Crist

Ian joins PDX Property Group as a recent graduate from Oregon State University. His time at OSU was spent in athletics as a student athlete as well as attending business/economics classes. Darcie Dille

Born and raised right here in Boise, Darcie truly knows the 'treasures' this valley has to offer and she can't imagine living anywhere else. Heidi Gornik has spent her career in the fashion industry, making men's, women's and children's clothing as a Technical Designer at some of the most recognizable companies, including Tommy Hilfiger, Liz Claiborne, Tahari and Original Penguin.

She and her husband, Mike, moved from New Jersey to Oregon with their 2 sons, Joey & Ben, in 2014. They opened an indoor family fun center in Albany, OR, enrolled their son's in elementary school in Corvallis, OR and enjoy spending free time anywhere along the Oregon Coast.

Heidi has been involved in real estate for more than 3 years and has spent 2 years working as a Realtor in New Jersey and then moved to Oregon and has been a full time Realtor since 2017. Tom Griswold

After 38 years in accounting for two large companies, Tom answered a deep calling and decided to follow another career path. In 2017 he obtained his license in real estate and embarked on a new chapter in his professional journey. Married to his lovely wife Gay for the past 35 years they have two children Thomas and Olivia. A native of Atlanta, Tom grew up in the suburbs of the city in the Buckhead community. A lover of the outdoors Tom spends much of his time boating on Lake Sinclair and spending spare time with his family and friends at the lake.

Pam Gwinner

Pam prides herself on her energy, hard work and dedicated service in every detail of her job. She moved to the Portland area in 1981 with her family after her dad retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and decided to raise her family here. Pam is a 16 year veteran in the local real estate industry and absolutely loves what she does!

Pam is "blissfully, happily married" and has a grown son whom she calls her pride and joy. When she's not working, you can find Pam either on the back of her husband's Harley curising Oregon's beautiful scenery in the summer, skiing Mt. Alex Hernandez-Bobrow

Originally from South Africa, Alex Hernandez-Bobrow was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. She has loved buying, selling, and deal-making since she was a child when she set up a small enterprise making and selling jewelry. Alex moved to the U.S. to pursue a career as a professional ballerina dancing with Ballet San Antonio. With the same grit and determination that enabled her to be a successful dancer, Alex pursued a degree in Business from the University of the Incarnate Word (San Antonio) while also working in luxury sales.

In 2016 Alex moved from San Antonio to Austin to join her wife, Lisa, and dog, Nutella. As a result, Alex loves marathon running and traveling. To date, Alex has completed 9 marathons in 5 continents inluding Ultimage Human Race, the Comrades Marathon - a 54-mile race in South Africa.

Dennis Hertzler

He has lived in Sarasota for most of his life and East Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch for the last 20 years so he is intimately familiar with Manatee and Sarasota counties. Ian Hopper

Ian’s a born and raised Oregonian, transplanted to Portland from Corvallis in 2005. Ian’s interests include homes with that old Portland charm, well tiled backsplashes, and verdant gardens. When he’s not busy finding the perfect house for his awesome clients, you can find him on a soccer field or at a food cart munching on carnitas tacos. He currently lives in Vancouver, Washington where he and his girlfriend are learning the ropes of DIY home repair as they remodel their 1950’s bungalow. Derek Leslie

Derek Leslie is a real estate professional in the Treasure Valley, who offers 25 yrs of Sales and Purchasing experience in the Sporting Goods Industry. After spending his first 42 years in Southern California, he moved to Boise 5 years ago and is blessed to call Idaho his new home.

She moved to the Lubbock area in 2007 to attend Texas Tech University where she majored in Journalism and Philosophy, minoring in Political Science. Niki Linnenkugel

Edith Madera

Alex first became interested in real estate while flipping homes with his family beginning in 2007 – something they continue to do to this day. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2010, he moved back to his home town of Portland and began a sales career which quickly turned into a management role.

In 2011, him and his brothers formed an LLC and began flipping in addition to investing in multifamily residential properties. In 2017, Alex realized that he could serve both his family and community better by turning his hobby into a career.

Alex brings with him tools and techniques developed with years of personal experience investing in local and out-of-state properties, and is passionate about making investing accessible and understandable to all.

Heather Skow has been passionate about real estate her whole life. Heidi Strutzel is the Regional Director for Xperience Real Estate’s Pacific Northwest Region where she is responsible for recruiting and coaching. Heidi started her real estate career in 1999 after looking at an apartment and saying, “So you literally just walk people through houses, help them decide on the right one and write up the paperwork? I want that job!” In 2005, Heidi joined Wisconsin's largest home builder where she was repeatedly awarded salesperson of the month. Something she will never forget is when after only a month of being on the job her manager said, “Heidi, I’m not sure if you really know what you are doing, but you are so excited to be here helping people they just want to buy from you!” From there, she moved into the commercial realm working for a small commercial brokerage and later a commercial builder, but it was the personal relationships she missed, so in 2015 she came back to residential joining Keller Williams as Team Leader of the Madison East Market Center.
